Returns
We hope that you’re happy with your CASA Home products but if you need to complete a return email us at help@hellocasahome.com so our customer services team can set up a return for a full refund.
While we hope this is not the case, if you do receive a faulty product, we will replace it free of charge. Please email help@hellocasahome.com with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to discuss your return.
We understand plans can change and so we have a fully flexible 30 day return policy. Please email us at help@hellocasahome.com and team will help process your return and issue a full refund.
Exchanges
At the moment we’re unable to offer product exchanges but we can help you find a different product if you let us know what you’re looking for.
Refunds
We aim to process any refunds issued 3-5 business days after receiving your return. We will also confirm your refund via email.
